The Nursing Facility Quality Liaison will perform monthly, at a minimum, quality inspections to External Nursing Facilities to assure compliance with all regulatory aspects of care and practice. The Liaison will conduct mock surveys and act as a resource to improve quality care and patient safety, with the ultimate goal of increasing each facility’s CMS star-rating, CASPER ratings, and other quality indicators. The Liaison will collaborate with the Nursing Facility team members to create a professional and customer-focused environment. Communication skills and customer engagement will be essential for the success of this position. Travel in a 150 mile radius to various locations. Occasional overnight trips will be required.
The Analyst is responsible for providing support to the CEO and is responsible for ensuring special projects undertaken by the CEO are effectively managed, applying best practice methods. The Analyst will work closely with the CEO to systematically manage projects, while delivering effective, efficient results as well as build strong internal and external relations.

This position assumes clinical responsibility for the specialty by providing orientation, teaching, clinical supervision and evaluation of personnel assigned to the area. The Clinical Coordinator, RN supports the medical care of patients under the direction of the Medical Staff in pursuant to the objectives of the hospital.

Arranges for appropriate ambulance dispatch based on patient acuity (BLS, ACLS, and Critical Care Medic) for outgoing transfers to other locations based upon the patient level of care necessary. Identifies, analyzes, organizes, and solves problems and issues in a timely, effective manner and collaborates with others to make sound, timely decisions. Responsible to ensure staffing levels remain in the approved grids for the respective units when departmental Directors and Senior Executive Leadership is not present on campus.

The Administrative Supervisor assumes the responsibility for the administrative and technical supervision of all personnel during designated times when hospital management team is not in the hospital. The Administrative Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and supervises other professional and non-professional staff in the administering of excellent patient care and customer service. Functions as a resource person for supervisory staff members and assists in necessary education of individual supervisory members of nursing staff. The Administrative Supervisor administers, analyzes and reformulates objectives for the hospital on a case-by-case basis. The Administrative Supervisor meets organizational goals, and takes a proactive view, anticipating change and need for action. In coordination with Department Directors, facilitates hospital wide patient care activities.

The coder II will be assigning diagnostic and procedure codes based on abstracted information from the medical record utilizing ICD10-CM, ICD10 PCS and CPT.
