The FSA assembles, delivers, and retrieves patient meals; sanitizes dishes, utensils, and designated areas; handles stocking and department requisitions. The FSA may use standardized recipes to prepare food items for patient tray line, cafeteria, and special functions. Adheres to all regulatory and agency standards.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Quality Management, the Trauma Coordinator is responsible for monitoring trauma patient care from ECC admission, through operative intervention, ICU care, Med/Surg care, any rehabilitation and discharge, including the trauma PI program. A nurse resident is an entry level professional nurse who will demonstrate the ability to continuously progress professionally and clinically in a patient care setting. The nurse resident will rotate though specified hospital units as determined by CNO and the AVP during the course of the residency (9-12 week period) and receive coaching from the education team as well as the unit preceptors.
