The Business Office Manager assists with the day to day management of the Physical Therapy Business Office. Oversees the activities of Billing, Collection, Patient Access, Accounts Payable and Scheduling responsibilities of the clinic. The Business Office Manager serves as a resource to clinical office staff.

The Perioperative RN is responsible for managing the care of the pediatric and adult patient requiring a surgical procedure.  The Perioperative RN is a professional nurse who is directly or indirectly responsible for delivering total nursing care to the perioperative patient during various phases of the perioperative stay. The Perioperative RN participates in the clinical assessment, planning for care, implantation of appropriate nursing techniques and evaluation of nursing interventions.

The PACU Registered Nurse is responsible for managing the care of the pediatric and adult patient requiring a surgical procedure. The PACU RN is a professional nurse who is directly or indirectly responsible for delivering total nursing care to the perioperative patient during the post-operative phases of the perioperative stay. Under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Director and Manager, the Medical Technologist is responsible for providing efficient and accurate analysis of specimens processed in the clinical laboratory to provide for quality patient care services. 

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the entire department (i.e., customer service, transaction entry, receptionist desk, refunds, billing, collections, and other support areas).  This position is directly responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring processes associated with Patient Accounting functions.  Staff development, training, hiring, coaching, discipline, and accountabilities associated with the staff’s job performance are to be developed and administered by the Manager.  

The Occupational Therapist is a qualified, licensed professional who supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to patients in the clinic as prescribed by the attending physician and directs daily clinical operations.

Under the general direction of the Director of the Health Information Management department the Coder II (RHIA) (RHIT) (CCS) is an advanced coding position that is responsible for providing a second level review of codes assigned to medical diagnoses and clinical procedures. The coder II will be assigning diagnostic and procedure codes based on abstracted information from the medical record utilizing ICD10-CM, ICD10 PCS and CPT.
