This position serves as the ambassador of service, setting the standard by which all other departments and services are judged. Greets customers and subsequently provides the highest level of customer service possible. Timely and accurate registrations, complete benefit verifications, patient education (regarding benefits) and appropriate authorizations for services are the responsibility of the Patient Access Representative.
