The Staffing Coordinator provides clerical support for the acute care departments. Receptionist duties include courteously answering the telephone and taking accurate messages, and maintaining communication with nursing unit, ancillary departments and supervisors. Assists in maintaining supplies for the Nursing office. Facilitates the handling of supplemental, contractual and non-contractual nurse agency usage under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
High School Graduate or equivalent; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Previous staffing office experience. Type 35 WPM.

None.

Computer skills; interpersonal skills; critical thinking/problem solving skills.
