Under the direct supervision of the Lead Dispatcher, the Dispatcher is responsible for all aspects of the communications/PBX equipment operation, any situations directly related to communications/PBX, radio dispatch to maintenance and/or security and/or building services.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Two years dispatcher/PBX experience in a medical or emergency environment preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Computer knowledge with working knowledge of software programs, Word, Access, and Basic PC. Strong communication skills, clear speaking with PBX, dispatching experience. Typing minimum 35 words per minute. Bilingual a plus.
