The Materials Manager is responsible for general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking shelves, maintaining a neat and orderly environment, answering the phone, etc. This position is also responsible for inventorying and replenishing supply levels for all perioperative areas within the facility or health care organization.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

1 year specific experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics and/or Supply Chain setting - Required. Health Care Industry experience preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

Certified through the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

Good organizational and communication skills. Proficient knowledge of computer and/or PC applications. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical supplies.
