Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient management of the executive suite . This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between the CEO, hospital leadership, and board members,  contributing to the hospital’s mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION

 

High school graduate or business school graduate; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered. some college preferred.

 

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

 

5 years secretarial or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

 

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

 

None.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

 

  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
    • High degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.

Work Environment

  • This position is office-based with occasional travel for events.
  • Must be available for occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate hospital events.
